Prince Street Gallery is pleased and excited to present its 14th Annual Juried Exhibition. Juror Anne Harris has selected work by 44 outstanding artists from across the nation and stated that: This exhibition could easily be three times larger without losing quality. To everyone who applied, thank you for your intensity, commitment, talent, and hard work. The overall quality of the applications was exceptional, much of it clearly mature work, made by artists in it for the long haul.
Anne Harris’ work has been exhibited at venues throughout the United States and her work is in such public collections as The Fogg Museum at Harvard, The Yale University Art Gallery and the New York Public Library. She has been the recipient of a Guggenheim Foundation Fellowship and an NEA Individual Artists Fellowship. Harris is Associate Professor in the Painting and Drawing Department at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
