Prince Street Gallery is pleased to present Behind The Pale, a solo show featuring Renée Khatami’s new work in combined media. Khatami’s artwork utilizes textured layered shapes that evolve through subtle layers of paint, cut line, pencil, and other materials emanating a complex tranquility. The pieces, from the last two years, are composed of paper, wood, canvas, and formed assemblages that evoke a quiet, uniquely rendered palette.
